1. This software failed to do what I expected it to do. The software interface is fair, Couldn't find a proper link to contact customer supporot. This is another waste of my money. I want a refund.

2. Don't waste your money on this product or a online download. I purchased the full version on-line and I still could not use it to make a DVD. It does not do what they advertise it to do and they talk in circles to avoid giving any kind of refund which they do not stand behind. I have communicated via email numerous times trying to do anything with this product and I still have been unable to even use it once.
