|When you email us for technical support, please include the following information so that our support team can figure out your trouble easier and sooner:
* Order number
* The error message and log record
* Version number of the software
* Details of your trouble
* Information of your operation system
Pavtube provides free trial versions for you by "try-before-purchase" principle. By using the trial version, you can make sure that the programs are compatible with your computer system and you are satisfied with them before purchasing the retail versions.
We value your questions and suggestions. But once the registration information was issued, they can not be canceled any more.
* You changed your mind after purchasing the product. The product could not work well by your improper operations.
* You claimed that you purchased the "Wrong" product and had already purchased product from other companies.
* When you request a refund, you never provided any detailed information to assist our support team to locate the problem.
* You did not receive the registration information but did not contact our support team and provided your information like order number and registered email.
* You purchased the products from our affiliates' websites and found that the products could not satisfy you due to the incorrect descriptions and advertisement on their websites.
* You stated that you had uninstalled the products with no future use.
* You requested the payment back about the CD. When the CD is involved in a request, the price for the CD would not be refunded.
* You claimed the features and functions of the products but we never advertised on our website.

The products have fatal technique problems and we can not fix it in an acceptable period of time or provide a temporary solution. Duplicate orders, which was caused by the third party platform.
We will refund the purchase price of the product after the further cooperation from you about the problem and the request is approved.
Once your refund request was issued, please:
1. Uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.
2. Destroy the disc and uninstall the software from your computer if you purchased a CD version of the product.

We guarantee you the money back with the purchase price of the product you mentioned, if the product meets the
refund policy. Please contact our technical support about the issue you encounter in detail, and we will offer the best solution according to the condition.
2. I find out that I bought the wrong product after installing the software.
Can I get the refund to purchase your another product? We are sorry to inform you that in this case we could only offer a discount to you for the product you want. Please contact support staff about the situation with your order number and/or email address.
3. How long does it take to get the refund on my credit card statement?
The refund will appear on your credit card statement in 10 to 15 business days, if your refund request is approved. Please contact your credit card company about the statement posting, if you can not find the statement on your credit card after 15 business days.
