1. Which functions of the software do you like?

Authoring and burning SD and HD videos to DVD
Making photos into Slideshow DVD.
Burning ISO/VIDEO_TS structure to DVD.
Being able to export ISO image.

2. Which aspects of the software do you hate?

It’s difficult to find where to start with.
The trial puts watermark on my DVD.
It takes too long to burn a DVD.
It lacks of the features I need.
It crashes from time to time.

3. What features should be improved in your opinion?

Faster Speed.
Better output video quality.
Easier operation.
More features.
Stability and compatibility.
More custom options.

4. What makes you decide to uninstall the software?

It crashes again and again even before burning process starts.
It never finishes burning a DVD.
It failed to recognize my DVD burner.
I'm suffering out of sync issues.
My anti-virus software reports worm.
I was using a trial version and have bought a retail version. Nice product.
