Timeline editing easily trim, cut, delete, and join
Add 3D and other special effects to clips on timeline
Output different formats from the same sources on timeline
Directly upload videos to YouTube
Templates for iPad, iPod, iPhone, Xoom, Android phones, etc
Audio and video synchronization

2. Which aspects of the software do you hate?

It misleads anti-virus software to report worm.
The trial puts a watermark on converted videos.
It does not allow computer to stand, sleep or lock during conversion.
There are too many mouse clicks just to get one file converting

3. What features should be improved in your opinion?

Faster conversion speed
Better output video quality
More user-friendly GUI
More output formats for latest mobile devices
The stability and compatibility of the software

4. What makes you decide to uninstall the software?

It failed to import my video file.
It never finishes converting something.
It crashes again and again on my computer.
I'm suffering out of sync issues.
It takes too long to convert a video.
I was using a trial version and have bought a retail version. Nice product.
